Vancouver Police are searching for a man who poses a public safety risk and is wanted Canada-wide.
Melqui Torres-Foot, 27, is wanted for breaching his Conditional Sentence Order stemming from an aggravated assault charge. VPD has released his picture with hopes that someone will recognize him and call 9-1-1.
Torres-Foot is 5’8″ and about 135 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes, and a two-inch scar on his cheek.
Torres-Foot is considered to be dangerous and investigators believe his violent behaviour is escalating. Anyone who sees Melqui Torres-Foot or has information on his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
