Oakley, the official helmet and goggle sponsor of Whistler Blackcomb, is all set to kick off a highly anticipated snow season. They are hosting Oakley Community Days from Thursday, January 18, to Sunday, January 21, to celebrate the occasion. With a heritage rooted in snow, Oakley and Whistler Blackcomb will provide a series of on and off-hill events that extend across sport and lifestyle.

These events offer opportunities for consumers to experience Oakley’s latest lineup of snow products. The event will include a Community Party on Thursday, January 18, at Garfinkel’s, a Community Run on Saturday, January 20, featuring Team Oakley athletes, and Peak 2 Peak Celebrations on Saturday and Sunday, January 20-21, at the Peak 2 Peak Gondola.

Additionally, there will be an Oakley Hub at Skier’s Plaza in Whistler Village and goggle demos outside the Roundhouse and The Rendezvous. All are invited to participate in the Golden Ticket Challenge, and lucky winners can redeem their tickets for a prize at the Oakley Store in Whistler Village.

Team Oakley athletes Sage Kotsenberg and Jamie Anderson will be in attendance, in addition to Logan Pehota, Sammy Carlson, Craig McMorris, and Fin Iles, who will be popping in and out throughout the weekend. However, the Friday Night Jam has been cancelled due to snow conditions.
