The session will give the community details on the proposed 59-unit townhome development at the north end of Prospect Street. The development proposes modern, spacious kitchens and bathrooms with a contemporary flair, garages ready for EV chargers, and ample in-unit storage. The application was submitted in March 2023.

For those who can’t attend the information session, the developer has encouraged community members to visit the development website at prospectplacepemberton.ca. Interested parties can email the developer, Hannah van Mook, at Hcvanmook@gmail.com.

The proposed townhomes consist of 3 two-bedroom/two-bath units, 40 three-bedroom/2.5-bath units, and 16 three-bedroom plus den/2.5-bath units. The average unit habitable area is around 1,500 square feet.

The development project includes individual unit EV charging and guest EV charging stations, and all parking is off-street, as per the municipal bylaw.   The proposed townhome development will have access off Prospect Street, with municipal services adjacent to the property line for tie-in from strata private systems.
