Whistler Public Library’s Unusual Items Collection is about to get more unique!

Between September 16 and the end of December, Whistler Public Library cardholders can ‘borrow a Councillor’ from the library’s Unusual Items Collection.

The Borrow a Councillor gives you 30 minutes of dedicated time to talk to your Elected Officials about municipal and community issues that matter most to you. This program is one of the ways we are testing and evolving how we connect with the community. If the program is a success, we’ll continue into 2025.

No library card? No sweat! You can still contact Councillors directly to set up some time. Read on to meet the Councillors and to book your 30-minute session today.
