Whistler Blackcomb has been named the best ski resort in North America in Condé Nast Traveller’s 2024 Readers’ Choice Awards.
According to a press release by Vail Resorts, more than 125,000 Condé Nast Traveller readers across the United Kingdom submitted responses rating their travel experiences across the globe to offer a comprehensive look at the places they eagerly anticipate revisiting.
The Readers’ Choice Awards, one of the travel industry’s most respected accolades, highlight top destinations globally, with Whistler Blackcomb standing out among North America’s ski resorts.
“We’re thrilled to be ranked the #1 Ski Resort in North America,” she said, extending gratitude to the resort’s guests and staff. “We invite everyone to experience the resort’s unmatched terrain, dining, and breathtaking views,” said Belinda Trembath, Chief Operating Officer of Whistler Blackcomb.
The accolade comes as Whistler Blackcomb prepares for its 2024/25 winter season, with an anticipated opening date of November 22. Skiers and snowboarders planning a trip to the resort still have time to purchase an Epic Pass before prices rise on October 9. The pass offers discounts on lift tickets, lodging, dining, and more across all Vail Resorts, including Whistler Blackcomb.
