Fall transit service changes in Whistler from September 5

staff report
August 23, 2023 1:20pm

BC Transit and the Resort Municipality of Whistler are announcing a seasonal service change, effective September 5, 2023.

Starting Tuesday, September 5, changes are being made to all routes. This will see increased service on Route 10 Valley Express, as it will operate from 6:30 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. The changes are being made to help accommodate students heading back to class.

Other changes include more buses on Route 6 Tapley’s/Blueberry and direct service to Alpine, Rainbow and Emerald for routes 30, 31 and 10. Check the fall Rider’s Guide for the latest schedules, view it online or pick up a copy on the bus.

Additional early winter service will be available starting November 18 with full winter service starting on December 2, 2023

“We encourage our customers to use the Transit App, Google Transit or any other app of their choice for real-time bus tracking and planning your next transit journey,” says BC Transit.
